I would be getting winter tires later this year and I'm seriously thinking of replacing the Michelins next summer.

Replying to: mz6greyghost (Oct 14, 2008 10:52 am) I just picked up my 6s Grand Touring w/ Moonroof/Bose package, black/black, this evening. I traded my BMW on this Mazda. I agree, it's not a BMW as far as handling, but for a front wheel drive car it's not bad. Nose heavy, as is inherent with any front-wheel drive car, but acceptable. Torque steer in minimal. I got it at Colonial Mazda in Indiana, PA at $100 over invoice. They used KBB good condition for the BMW. Most dealers in my area want to jump on "auction" value right away. My local dealer wanted $3,555 more than Colonial. That's worth a 45 mile drive! A lot of gizmos and gadgets on this car. It may take me a while to find them all. That owners manual is thick. I agree about the tires. They could be immensely better. |

I finally test drove a Mazda 6 in my never ending quest for a new car. It's a fantastic car. The steering is great, the brakes are extremely good, the interior fit and finish as well as controls and ergonomics are excellent, and it feels like a premium car compared to anything else anywhere near its price point. It's a better value and has nicer styling than the Accord, and it's much tighter and sportier than the Camry, IMO. It just feels more German than Japanese - a Mazda theme. I really, really like Mazda vehicles. |

Enter your Mazda6 model, and it'll give you the size tires you need, and an abundance of different tires to choose from, all with lots of testing and reviews to help you pick the best one for your needs. I've used them for years, with many different cars, and I've never been disappointed. |
