When you get people to care about your site and then have ham-fisted staff (certainly not you) bully them around trying to cram them into the philosophy of the week, or slapping them on the knuckles as soon as someone thinks they are drifting, you'll have backlash. If no one cared, then you'd really be in trouble.

Hi, I have an 03 navigator with the factory navigation. I was wondering how I go about purchasing a newer disc since there are quite a few new roads and also name changes in the past four years...
