Replying to: matt0199 (Nov 08, 2006 5:27 pm) It could quite possibly be the altinator although it sounds strange, but that happened to my 1990 Lumina it was doing that for a while and when I replaced the altenator that stopped, figured I would mention it since the Impala is luminaesque.
