Like most preventative maintenance, what these procedures do is prevent you from retiring on time and putting your kids through college. Save your money. Are you planning on keeping the Maxx for 20 years? If so, the items you listed will certainly reduce corrosion caused by acids building up in the fluids and damaging the systems they are designed to lubricate and protect. Most people keep their cars for less than 5 years. For those, no preventative maintenance should be done other than oil changes and one coolant change (for non-Dexcool cars). For those of us keeping them 10 years, simply follow the manufacture's recommendations and you'll be fine.

agree with maxx4me...simply followed your scheduled maintenance...116K on my 04 Maxx and nothing but scheduled maintenace from the manual...most major work done at 100k, less tires and brakes.....had my brake system flushed at the second brake job....around 112K.......if you are using a top quality gasoline regularly, you should have no need to flush the fuel system or injectors...
