Hi - I came to switch my radio on by pressing the button but its absolutely dead. Everything else seems to be working on the dashboard so I suspect a fuse but cant seem to identify which fuse it is from the fuse chart in the manual. Has anyone had this problem or can point me in the right direction please? Thanks.

Hi - I've got a 2003 ZX5 and the exact same problems with my radio. I noticed a few others have posted the same issues. This is my first search on this topic, and would like to know if you could tell me whether you've had any luck figuring out what the problem could be? I'll be happy to share any information I have, as well.

We have the same car, but not the problem you describe - ours works fine. I've had other hands-free cell phone systems and this is the best I've seen. We have it in an Escape as well. Some tips; speak toward the mic and don't be afraid to project a little without yelling. Having the car speaker volume up too high can cause feedback that affects sound quality. Closed windows and sunroof help as well (too much background noise). Good luck.

I read to disconnect the battery for a few minutes and reconnect it. My display was flashing on and off constantly, whether the radio was on or off. I disconnected the battery, waited 10 minutes and reconnected the cable, and it works fine now - no more flashing!.
