Portland, Oregon area. 5 Suzuki dealers. A couple of them regularly advertise below invoice. Costco is okay, but you can usually do better bargaining on your own.

Just purchased exactly what I wanted from a dealer in Santa Cruz, CA. I bought a copper sport mt at invoice. I had to drive to Santa Cruz because there are absolutely no Copper Sports left.

I'm real happy with the car. Has anyone purchased (through Suzuki or not) the IPOD connection. I'm just looking at prices. The cost for the IPOD connection was an extra $200. I think I can get a better deal through some of the electronic outlets.

bought sx4 sport a week ago (in VA). with costco auto program get it at $18000 out of door. and by using suziki financing got rate at 1.9%/24m.
at this price you cannt get any similar car with the features and the warranty. Besides, Suzuki builds great car and engine in japan.

Just turned 40 and got my first new car. I bought the red automatic with convenience pkg. Dealer was running special for minimum $3k trade, so I brought my 90 Nissan Pick Up. Walked out with the car plus extended bumper to bumper for 7 years 100K miles and paid, including all taxes and fees, $18,026. I'm changing to black wheels and bigger tires. It should have a little larger tires on it, but they probably did it for mileage purposes. LOVE THE CAR! This is the first car to come out that I've really liked. It's totally different and has tremendous headroom for my 6'2" frame.

about to close a deal on an sx4 sport. I am at invoice, wondering if that is a good price. I live in the NYC metro area. I'd appreciate any input. Thanks.

I've been in the car business a long time. I've never had anything to do with Suzukis, but I do come into contact with them on a pretty regular basis when people try to trade them in. Yesterday, I had yet another one... Every customer that trys to trade a Suzuki in is exactly the same, every time. A 2 year old Sukuki with a payoff equivalent to the selling price of a new one, with a trade value of about $4000-$5000 (if that), no money down, wanting to keep their payments the same (or less).

Please, for the love of all things holy. If you feel you must own a Suzuki, keep your darn Suzuki. It's your mess. You clean it up.

This has been a public service announcement. Thank you.

Seattle Area by perry99

I test drove an SX4 at Seattle Suzuki in Shoreline, WA last weekend. We went there because it was the closest, but found it to be rather odd: a smallish lot, with no actual buildings, just a few trailers as the offices. Are they new? Will they eventually have a real building? I am leaning towards buying an SX4, but am hesistant to go through them. (For example, where would servicing be done?) Any info about Seattle Suzuki would be appreciated, as well as any comments/suggestions re: other Seattle-area dealerships.
