Here you go, urnzway. BMW Financial Services' current buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36 month lease of a 2010 328i Sedan with 10,000 miles per year are .00250 and 62%, respectively.

The numbers for an otherwise identical lease of a 2010 335i Sedan are .00205 and 60%.

Hi tomcatm3. BMW is not currently providing any lease support on the M3. As a result, if you were to lease one though BMW Financial Services you would have to use its standard lease program. The money factors that you mentioned are right in line with BMW FS' current standard rates. That's a good thing. I'm actually surprised that the dealer that you're working with didn't try to mark these factors up on you. If you want to lease an M3 right now, this is as good as it is going to get.

Quick answer for jkenney1...

BMW Financial Services' current buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36 month lease of a 2010 328i Coupe with 12,000 miles per year are .00205 and 61%, respectively. If you were to lease this car with only 10,000 miles per year, its residual value would be 1% higher.

Unfortunately, you will not derive any benefit from the fact that you are a current BMW FS lessee if you lease a new BMW right now other than the waiver of its security deposit requirement without having to mark your money factor up.

Thanks for the information! I am curious if those are common lease rates across the country or does it depend on geography? I am in NC and am getting quoted a mf of .0029 and 62% on the 328i ; .00245 and 60% on the 335i. I figured they are most likely holding out on me but just wanted to confirm before going back to them. Thanks.

Hi Guys,

I'm new to the forums and just wanted your opinion on the lease quotes I received from BMW. I'm from northern New Jersey and the quotes I received are below:

1. 2009 328i x-drive sedan - heated seats, power front seats, and ipod
    MSRP: $40,195 Price: $30,843
This is an executive demo car that has 9,915 miles. Is it safe to lease a demo car? I read on some website to stay away from these.
$400 per month for 36 months (15k per year; $3,000 out the door)

2. 2010 328i x-drive sedan - premium package
    MSRP: $40,390 Price: $38,864
$560 per month for 36 months ($15k per year; $3,000 out the door)
They also told me add $60 to $80 per month to that lease price if I wanted the coupe.

Let me know what you guys think about these quotes. Thanks.

Excellent numbers and it seems like it is affordable for you. There is nothing wrong with the executive demo.

Hey Guys,

What is the December money factor and residual for 36 month/ 15,000 mi. per year lease for a 2010 328i x-drive sedan. I am from the northern New Jersey area (not sure if that makes a difference). The vehicle I have in mind is automatic w/ premium package and monaco blue metallic paint. According to edmunds:

MSRP: 41,650
Invoice: 38,375

Can I expect to deal the price to be 300-500 over invoice not including the Holiday Credit? Does this seem reasonable? Thanks.

335i coupe 2009 "super deal"? by sw33train

Hi everyone! Car-man (or anyone?),

I was offered a fully loaded 2009 335i coupe with automatic transmission for $5500 at signing, 500/month (includes tax) for a 36month lease. The MSRP was 51-52K and the "selling price" offered was 43K. They told me it was "2K less than invoice" but I'm not sure of the exact money factor or what other fees that may have hidden. I was told they used a MF of 0.0025 and 60% residual but I didn't see the actual number. I can't get the numbers to work out right cuz it seems like my monthly should be lower? Is this a good deal nonetheless? the car itself is amazing but I don't want to be pushed into the higher price bracket if it's not a good deal since I originally wanted a 328i Sedan! Just couldn't get very good deals on the 328. PLEASE advise
