First if the dealer who was selling the 535i at 8500 off MSRP could not ship it to your local BMW good thing you walked from the deal.. There was a problem, second no one can tell you what to pay for the 335ix, each region is different, and different regions have different discounts. Since I do not know where you live, can answer your question, however, go to www.truecar.com this will give you an idea on what cars are selling for in your area...

anyone have lease rates for 2012 models. Generally this a great time of year to pick up last years models, but everyone seems to focus on 2013 which I don't understand considering the car did not change much especially the 328.

What is the OTD price please? Just got quoted on a 2013 base 328i with prem at $42.6k OTD
6.25 tax incl. Never leased a car. What's your lease details, like max miles per year, length of lease, monthly payment, initial out of pocket cost and what's included, over limit per mile cost, residual value of car, etc.? Thank you.

Not too shabby. $509 x 35 or 36 months is still about $18k for 3 years of driving the car you like
15k/yr. But what do you need to pay at the end of the lease? Dents, scratches, ... how much end-of-lease fees if you just return the keys? Got to ask. Rented a car from a not publicly owned "E........." rental company before and the car flipped over because I guessed was lack of maintenance (heard other customerSS complaining at their office and didn't know to run!!). And those people said they're gonna sue me for that!! Got me scared for many years. Bad people! Bad business! But they thrived through the decades!

Hey Carman, been reading on these forums for the last 2 months and found your knowledge and advice to be great--was hoping you could help me out as I'm in the market for a new lease:
1. What should the monthly payment be around for a 2013 335xi---36 month lease/ 15,000 miles per year? The MSRP is $57,000 with the options that I want and it would be no money down---
2. Also I could close in October or wait a month. Do you think November would be a better time to lease?
I just wanted a baseline to compare prices and if you could give me the money factor for October and residual for the 335 xi/ 36 months and the 328 xi 36 months---both would be 15,000 miles per year....thanks for your help

October 2012....I am looking at ordering a 2013 335i convertible. MSRP 56,785. What would a fair price be for a 36 month lease, with 12K miles and -0- cap (I will pay first month and inceptions at closing). I am in NJ, and am coming off a BMW 1 series lease, if that matters and I have excellent credit. Looking at BMW site, with current offer of $529 (10K miles) with $3,500 down on an auto with an MSRP of $55,695, I am anticipating a price of $675. Is that reasonable? Is there a way that you could see the payment being lower?

Since you have a BMW lease, it wont be hard to lease another BNW, and if your payment history with BMWFS is perfect, then sliding into a 335ix wont be hard at all. Once again no one can tell you what is a good deal or not, that is up to you. If you are OK with mid 500/m car payments and want mim out of pocket, which is a very doable thing...
