I'm the owner of a 2003 Shinsen, there are ground effects panels on it, as well as a stainless steel dual exhaust which has the cutouts in the rear valence to accomodate the dual exhaust, I've never seen pictures with these panels in place, are they aftermarket or factory, paint matches correctly, looks original. can anybody fill me in?
