I can give you an idea of what this car's lease program is like, pgh111. This car's numbers very depending upon how long you lease it for and its mileage allowance. For now I will assume that you are interested in a 36 month lease with 15,000 miles per year. Let me know if you want something different. GMAC's current base lease rate and residual value for a 36 month lease of a 2007 Chevrolet Impala with 15,000 miles per year are 4.0% and 52%, respectively. When negotiating your lease on this car, make sure to take the $1,250 lease cash that GM is currently providing on it into account. This cash will help you to negotiate an attractive capitalized cost.

Hello Car_man. I'm looking at a 2007 Impala SS with a GMS price of $28,002. Same situation as above with 36 months and 15,000 miles per year. Does the 4% lease rate, 52% residual and $1,250 lease cash still apply? Also, is a $600 acquisition fee still applicable? Thanks.

I'm also interested in the LTZ lease specs. How about 12,000 mpy? Also, I haven't seen the $1250 lease cash listed anywhere, only the $1000 cash to customer.

Hi all,
Just leased a 2007 Impala LT with everything, heated leather, sunroof, 6-disc bose system, red jewel tintcoat. Odd that you can build an LT identical to and LTZ, what is the point of the LTZ????
The lease program in my area (Pittsburgh) is great right now. 3 years - 10k per year, $2000 lease cash, 57% residual, 4% rate. Hopefully this helps.

I think there might be 1 or 2 small items on the LTZ not on the LT. I'm looking for lease numbers from local dealers on the other side of the state. I got a buy price on a fully loaded LTZ MSRP $28130 which they will sell for $24305 which sounded pretty reasonable to me but I'm waiting for the lease numbers.

Hello alfred8. The lease rate and residual value for this car are still the same, but you are in luck because GM raised its cash incentives on it to $2,000 lease cash plus $500 bonus cash ($2,500 total) this month. GMAC's lease acquisition fee is still $595.

Hi u03128007. Please see my previous post for information on this car's lease program. General Motors incentives for this car are the same, regardless of trim level.

Dear host, I leased my 3LT on Saturday 10/21, I only received $2000 lease cash. I am in Pittsburgh, PA, should I have received $2500 in lease cash? If so, I am guessing I have no recourse do I?

Hi pgh111. I wouldn't say that you were ripped off. GMAC is currently only providing $2,000 lease cash on this car. GM is providing an additional $500 bonus cash on it that one should be able to use to their advantage when negotiating its selling price. What was the MSRP and selling price of your car? If you let me know I will be happy to tell you what I think of the deal that you got on it.

Dear host,
I leased an Impala 3LT with an MSRP of $28,055. The purchase price of the car was $27,218. The residual for 3 yrs/10k per year was 57% and the rate was 4.0%. I had a coupon that bumped my GM points up by $1000, so I had a total of $2500 in GM Points. I suspect that the $500 bonus couldn't be used in conjunction with the extra $1000 the offered me. So in total my cap. cost was reduced by $4500 with the lease cash and gm points. I suspect I could have done a little better with the purchase price, by my estimate, about $500. What are your thoughts on this deal?
