Replying to: 2001gs430 (May 03, 2006 3:52 am) The car handles very well in normal mode, although I found it too stiff and jumpy on the rough roads I'm stuck commuting on. Lexus has done a great job designing the car to have a comfortable yet tight ride on the very low profile tires it comes with. I had a 530i with the standard wheels/tires that provided a good balance of handling vs. comfort on rough roads. The 450h is probably more comparable to a 540i or M5 in feel. It certainly is in torque/acceleration.

Has anyone read the User's Manual for the 450h, are there any special break-in procedures for the hybrid drive train?
