Troy offered me the same deal. Contemplating the offer. Waiting to see if local dealers by me will match it. Once came close at $465/month with $1111 out of pocket. However, doesn't inlcude the mudguards and visor like your deal. Not bad, but i think it could be better. I may go over to Feder's dealership in Middletown and see if they can give me a better price. If you're reading Steve, shoot me an email (my id + usa.com).

Ive been shopping around for this vehicle for several weeks and yours seems to be the best deal by far, I was offered 439 month w/ 2000 out of pocket at Acura of Manhattan 2008 RDX Tech Silver/Ebony, What was the money factor and residual on your deal?

That sounds like a good deal. What does the 2000 inlcude? Is that just dmv, doc fees, etc..? Or does it include some cap cost reduction?

Im sure it does include some cap cost reduction considering these fees : upfront acquisition fee is 595, doc fees are 250, 1st month at 439, plus whatever the registration fees are the rest is being used as a partial reduction, because they have included the 8.375% sales tax in NY w/in the monthly payment.

Still not a bad deal. I'm trying to get something like that with a local dealer, but every body wants something in writing so i can fax it to them. I live in ny as well, only about 90 minutes from the city.

Where do you live and what's the sales tax? That's about the same numbers i've gotten. I did receive a selling price of 33,000 though for the tech, so you may want to aim for something closer to that.

Edison, NJ
I've been banging my head the last few days any one familiar with how the lease payments are broken down ? Depreciation Fee , Finance Charge and Sales Tax Right ? I used the lease calculator to double check my #'s. My most recent quote was for 36/12/ $ 462.16 1319.66 due at sign( 1st month $462.16+262.50 DMV+595 Bank Fee( Gap Ins)
MSRP: 37,410
Quote: 34,295
52 % residual (19,453)
.00072 MF
When I calculate myself and check using the Lease calculator on Line I come up with $ 482.55 doesn't make sense that they qouted me these #'s and they come up with a lower month/pymnt then I did.
Same on my first qoute
468/36/12k
MSRP: 36,695
Quote: 34,014
56% residual ( 20,549) ??? Why I don't know how they were able to show this all others were 52%
.00072 MF
They show a payment of 468 I came up with 442.24 I'm not sure where I'm getting beat on this one ?

Maybe they put in the acquisition fee somewhere. I believe that's about 715..if i put that into the spreadsheet with the rest of your numbers, i get approximately what they quoted you....the link to the spreadsheet is below:
