Thank you so much for responding, but I have tried that. When I select off in the Nav screen, the screen goes blank. Even if I press the Audio button, it only displays the radio stations for 20 seconds and then goes blank. I am wondering if there is a way to override that and just have the Audio always displayed when nothing else needs to be displayed. i.e, bluetooth, backup camera, etc. or is the system defective.

leoyello, try this......Press info button.....press screen settings......at the top it will say "transition from audio to nav etc"......press off....press ok....now the screen will stay most places you leave it,for example, am, fm1, fm2, etc.....have fun and enjoy the nav system....

acco20....Sorry I didn't answer sooner. I ended up going back to my salesman and he figured out how to fix it. This is how it works on the system that I have:
Press Set-up, Press General, Press Auto Screen Change - this has to be OFF, otherwise if this is ON, it keeps going back to the navigation screen.
Thank you so much for taking the time to answer my question. I really appreciate it.
