Replying to: ateixeira (Nov 06, 2009 9:04 am) I sent a complaint to the BBB and they told me they don't handle that type of complaint. Why am I not surprised? The businesses own the BBB.   As far as sueing the dealer, what good would it do me? It would cost me many times more than what I would get out of it.   I am thinking of calling the 'Car Guys' on public radio and telling them the story. Maybe that would do some good.
