I bought and installed the Miniature tow bar on my Cooper S. The fit is very good. The hitch goes through the bumper where the reverse light goes on my 2004. It bolts to the body where the bumper reinforcement would go.   It tows a trailer very well.   Pictures here: http://crunch22.blogspot.com/2006/06/tow-bar-installation.html
