However, you must remove the mechanism yourself from the radio, and ship it alone (this is very easy). I bought 2 Bose 6 CD radio systems from eBay, and neither fixed the problem. Sent it to Rive, and got it back in 10 days repaired, and working better than new. If you wish not to remove the cd changer yourself, there may be an additional charge from rive tech. I HIGHLY recommend them.
