Dodge ram 07 6.7l headaches by bearstruck

I had bought a new dodge ram 2500 6.7l last july 07. I never had anyproblems until this last march/april of this year. I am experiancing the build up of carbon and soot in the turbo. This problem for me started when the dealer update the emissions in the computer, part of the recall. Since these problems have occured my truck has been in the shop about 5 times now for cleaning of the turbo, and a few more updates to the computer. I have filed for lemon law. Had a date with one of there engineers this past july, they told me the truck was running great. Couple weeks past and the check engine light comes back on, take it back to dealer, yes it pulled a code for the turbo being clogged again. There advice for me was to drive it like I stole it.
I have been trying to do that, I thought all along since day 1. I haul a 11000 lbs. trailer for my business, I run the highway few times a week 90 miles each way.
I just don't understand why I have problems still. Not to mention that I go through hard starting quite often too, they have relplace the radio, and speakers in the truck.
Also tightened down the battery terminals and painted them too. I have also noticed a lost of power in the truck since all this has started to. I noticed this when I have my trailer hooked up, I used to beable to spin my tires, or at least get a chirp out of them. Not any more!
I not sure what to do with this truck yet, its been a great truck, the dealer I goto have been dealing with the issuse very well.

Thanks for listening, any advice? besides a stick of dynomite!

Get rid of it as quickly as you can!!!! All I keep reading and hearing about FROM EVERYONE is what TRASH the new Cummins "BlueTec" junk 6.7L is! Get an older Dodge with the 5.9L CTD, and you'll never be happier! You will be sorry if you keep your 6.7L truck, that's a given. I recommend doing whatever you can to get Dodge to buy it back, even if you have to go as far as sueing them. Good luck!

Dude, what ever happened in your situation? If I were you, I'd sue, sue, sue, sue, sue, sue, sue the shit outta both the dealership and Chrysler Corp!!!!!!! The people at your dealership are flat-out liars, and didn't want to honor the warranty and need to pay! Hope you got some reimbursement!

Thanks Everyone for the advice!
I am getting together with a lawyer this week to discuss my actions.
From my understanding the dealer is not as responsible as Chrysler is. In my opinion, Cummins is more responsible for there problems. The dealer has been very good at fixing my issuses. They are also standing behind me until this gets resolved. Just have to hurry up and wait on the Due Process of this headache.
Such as life!

YOU ARE TAKING THE CORRECT APPROACH. AS YOU SAID ,THE DEALER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS DESIGN FLAW. THEY'VE DONE EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO TRY TO CORRECT A DESIGN THAT SIMPLY DOES NOT WORK. MY DEALER STOOD BEHIND ME DURING MY BUYBACK AND I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER WITH THE OUTCOME. GOOD LUCK TO YOU. I HOPE EVERYTHING WORKS OUT FOR YOU. OLDTECH

Check your throttle cable. If it's still the original "uncoated" design, it's probably frayed and close to breaking. There was a recall for this years ago. Same symptoms on my 96 3500 12-valve - new coated throttle cable cured it.
