There is a list of voice commands in my 06 Accord Navi manual. There is also a help screen on the unit itself. Perhaps that changed in 08??

Well, let's just wait until another 08/09 Navi owner confirms before we order the eye appt. for you.
But seriously folks, I know that the newer units are different from mine (no touch screen, etc.) so I wouldn't be surprised if the manual leaves out a few things too.

I've just started talking to the computer and trying different commands. I've discovered how to access a couple of different menus and change the temperature...nothing special...yet.

You probably have an answer by now. I have the same car. The voice commands are listed in the 2008 Navigation System Manual starting on page 132. May not help you much. Mine can't understand most commands and I can't even hear the 'beep' it is supposed to give before you give a command.

I have a 2008 Accord without the navigation system. From the day I bought it, I
hear stock phrases like "Ready", "Alright", "let's go." It is a voice chip sound that
is the same and not some kind of radio interference. I don't kow what triggers the
voice commands as they come sometimes when I open the car door and other times while driving. It sounds crazy and I can only imagine that the car has a voice
chip that maybe has responses for the navigation system.

Sorry I'm a little late... I have an 06 and the navi is a bit different but you can edit your address book by going into the setup menu. I think the address book is listed under something like "personal info". Look around and you'll find it.
#291 of 333 How do you enter waypoints?

Is it possible to set a way point that is NOT in the POI's that are on the navigation disk?
In other words, I want to "go home" but also set a "way point" along the way to stop at another address that is NOT in the "places" categories in the system.
I have a 2009 Honda Accord.
Can it be done?
If so how?
Thanks
