Hey all,

Why are the prices so GREAT in Burbank? I was there on Wednesday and paid $1.895. It is kind of out of the way for me, but WOW, it is almost worth a drive...

BTW, I was called by Phill and the AQMD came through and I can order my phill unit.

Down 5 cents.
This is my main fuel source, and it is nice to know they adjust the price to the actual price of the fuel and not what gasoline costs. I know most people here on this forum will never fuel here but it has been a reliable and convienient station for me 24/7.

I was on the 405 heading home and stopped at the LAX refill station. $2.449 a per GGE? What are they smoking and should they be smoking it that close to a refilling station?

Smoking very fine COHIBA cigars from an island near Miami.
C.E. prices are linked to gasoline retail prices . A few of the other public stations link prices to gas cost plus a profit margin. No competition exists because demand for it does not exist . Even at C.E prices, most of the year it is still a better deal than gasoline, and if a true oil crisis happens, it will be a very good place to get fuel.

Just another fine reason to go for a home fill station.

My local reliable fuel station went up to 2.339 on Monday, then they dropped it down to 2.239, up 3 cents from last month. Gasoline is 3.39 here.
