Notice the key word, "cheap":   "Cheap Luxury Vehicles" (AOL Auto's March 17, 2009)   Hyundai AzeraMSRP: $24,970 - $28,920 Fuel Economy: 26 mpg Hwy/18 mpg City   The Azera is Hyundai's representative in the full-size, near-luxury sedan market. The Azera mixes comfort, interior space, and a host of features for a very respectable price. The front-wheel drive Hyundai Azera has two trims: the GLS, and the Limited.   After all these years. Korea and Fountain Valley still can't seem to overcome the stigma of the 80's, let alone todays perfect oxy-moron of cheap luxury. If you're insinuating that the car is poorly built or dubiously reliable, independent reviews and reliability surveys don't support you. I am sure all of us driving Azera's enjoy the bang for buck value as opposed to cheap intro. luxury.   The association of cheap & Hyundai is the stigma in the minds of many US auto buyers and reviewers to this day. Replying to: dborth (Mar 18, 2009 2:28 am) I actually understand this. In Korea, the word Cheap and (place any american made car here) go together. Next to any American vehicle in Korea My Azera is far superior in Koreans eyes. It is also that way in Australia and just about any other country that doesn't have a U or an S in it. The Azera, and Genesis, are fantastic cars, better than any American engineering in my book.
