The tech (John) showed me the external tuner in the right side rear panel (behind heavy cloth wall) - accessed thru the trunk......beautiful. I have been trying for 2 weeks to get the "external tuner" question answered. So there it was...Voila! I will have the auxilliary jack installed next week. I had my 2009 Azera serviced today. The service advisor suggested having the A Glaze paint Sealant applied for $59.95. I have a Black Azera and wonder if anyone has had any experience with this product?. Thanks, firecracker70

Replying to: rminor (Mar 11, 2009 11:40 am) Yes it should show more info. It also has a USB/Aux jack that can play iPod's and USB devices. iPod requires a special $30 cable from Hyundai. The reason I'm asking is that I can buy an '09 radio for <$100 so I'm trying to figure out if it's worth it to change it out. My '07 radio display fares poorly against the add-on XM radio I had or even the built-in XM in my brother-in-law's VW Jetta.

I just don't believe there's no way to get iPod integration into the 2009's with Nav. There HAS to be a way. The problem is, the after market people don't give any priority to Hyundai IMO.   When folks are ripping things out/changing things - PLEASE take/post pics of these things.
