I've never been very mechanically minded, but now I have to be, so I'm looking forward to the computer-driven maintenance schedule helping me learn what I need to know. PS you really need to have one of those little Fit icons with little red hearts...

21 y/o Male, First new car. The reason it was the Fit for me was the Magic Seats, I'm a musician and need to haul lots of stuff some days a week and hold 5 people on others, so the magic seat was it! The Fit has more usable cargo space (even with the seats up) than some much larger cars, like the Vibe/Matrix for example. I've had it for a week now and couldn't be happier, I love this thing!

Base, Sport; Manual, Automatic; Option 1, Option 2...etc. I didn't have to browse through huge lists of things. I liked that I don't have to negotiate, and I like that I'm getting a car that will hold its value and be reliable. Ordered it on 9-2, should be getting it this week. Teaching me patience... |

Hello! I currently have a 2004 civic lx 4 dr on lease that end's next Jan. I am 24,my wife is 23 and we have a 19 month old. We have decided already to go with the fit after the lease is up. The main reason is that I'm a scooter enthusiast. I have a Honda Ruckus( slightly Modified)and I want to be able to take my scooter to meets outside of my city.(would you want to ride a 50cc scooter two states over) We were looking at the Element but I just cant get myself to drive a SUV( half the reason is that I'm not the best of drivers with big vehicles)after we found out that you can lift the back seats and fit a bike in there, well you guest it the ruckus fits. Its crazy, this Eco sporty car can fit my Eco sporty scooter. |

Well, this is going to be my very first TOTALLY new car, I happen to be the owner of various American classic muscle cars, a full size Silverado pick up, and a 1989 Honda Accord LXi 5 spd (227K & still rolling!) as a daily driver. I just turned 54, and started researching the Fit after I saw it in a car magazine. Naturally, this was just prior to the $3+ spike in the price of regular gasoline, and the subsequent demand and purchase sight unseen of anything offering better mpg! contributing to heightened demand for the Fit. I had already realized that this was the car that I wanted, and after weeks of trying to just see one in person (let alone test drive!) I've managed to have one in delivery status. By the way, I am 6'4" and the Fit "fits" me..so, do I fit the demographic? I don't know, you tell me! |

Fuel efficiency is a must, now more than ever -- for economical AND environmental reasons. I wanted a 4-door hatchback, which "fits" my active lifestyle (a few camping/backpacking trips a year). I chose the Fit over the Versa primarily because of MPG and the magic seats. I've never owned a Honda, but the reputation of the make was also a factor. |
