Prices at the pump have all of us aware of what we're paying to run our vehciles. This is the place to discuss your real world mileage performance.

My daily comute to work is about 12 miles round trip; I may take a few trips during the day, but mostly city driving so my mpg has been running 17mpg on average.
I am getting 22 mpg on the HWY. Never seen it any better than 24 mpg.

I own a 2004 allroad, 6 spd, with about 36,000 miles. I went to school this past summer in Erie Pa. from upstate N.Y.. On the way back I registered 29 mpg the highest I've ever seen. The lowest I've seen is around 19 mpg. (Foot in those turbos!) Maybe staying in 6th gear as much as I can really does help mpg's!
On normal drives back and forth to work I usually get about 23 mpg in the summer, combination highway, back mountain roads and mall land roads. In winter I have dedicated snows and I drop about 2 mpg, to around 20/21 mpg.
I even noticed a drop in mileage, about a gallon when I first added my cross bars, for carrying my kayak.
I can live with what I get for an awd vehicle but sure I'd like to get more!

Thats really good mileage. My '04 may show 24 MPG on the dash computer but when I check it the old fashioned way it comes in about 21 MPG on the highway.
Still not bad considering the ride, handling and utility of this vehicle.
