Is the 5 year 60,000 mile warranty on the 2006 civic, a bumper-to-bumper warranty? Also, where is this warranty information documented? Thanks.

No, that's the powertrain warranty. The bumper-to-bumper is 3 years/36k miles. Here's the link to warranty info:

Is the clutch considered part of the powertrain?

Is there a way to lock all doors when driving and unlocking when putting car into P? Noticed many cars have this feature and wondered if the LX model also has this feature?

Yes, but the clutch is normally covered only for defects. So for example if the clutch pressure plate simply wears out through normal usage, that is typically not covered under powertrain warranties. But Honda's might be different in that regard--you could call Honda Customer Service if you want to be sure.
Yet another reason to get an automatic.

I love my car but when it comes to the headlights I hate driving at night. They don't reach far enough, especially the left side. I've put fogs on and that helps a little. How hard is it to adjust them? Should I have a professional do it?

There are two options I wish my car had. One is automatic headlights and the other one is automatic door locks. I wish this car did lock while driving and unlock when parked. I'd like it as a safety feature when I have my kids in the car. I lock the door so nobody can run up on the car and get to my kids but it's a pain remembering to unlock the car when we stop. I always forget and ram my left arm into the door before I unlock it. Sorry for us both Sandman!

My 2007 Civic did unlock when I stopped and put it into park. I had to go into the manual to see how to turn that off. I don't want my doors opening on their own. That's dangerous!
