Replying to: claires (Jun 28, 2006 8:30 pm) 16 gallons gives me 325+ miles $48 $3.039/gal. I have the AC on and my size 7 foot all in that gas pedel all the time. My 98 XK8 4.0 liter AJ-V8 gets great gas mileage. In comparison: My 01 5.4 liter Triton V-8 4x4 truck gives me 21 gallons to 300 miles $61 2.899/gal, not a mile more and under the same conditions. So what the Jag it has to have high test at super high prices. It's still better on gas and $ than the truck! Yahooo

Proud owner of an '07 Jag XKR. Highway mileage is excellent at 23 mpg averaging 80 mph. LBN
