Replying to: ateixeira (Jan 09, 2009 10:39 am) Do you also need to add limited slip type additive?

Replying to: ateixeira (Jan 09, 2009 11:10 am) Since the rear diff is a trouble spot for CR-Vs, I'd be inclined to follow the recommendation...

| When I start the 2007 CRV LX (2x2), I am getting dense white smoke, which subsides after I drive and when I stop again at lights, I can see the white smoke again. Offcourse the San Francisco weather is cold, but I am watching other vehicles back, I don't see that dense fog. Is it unusual? I just did the 24000 miles service (currently I have 25000 miles app). | |
When I got the Honda CRV, the sticker (which I still have) says city - 28 mpg and highway - 31 mpg. I use 2/3 rd of my work route in highway. I wasn't checking the mpg until very recently and now I am worried. Is it normal to average 22 mpg for a 2007 CRV 2x2 LX? Pls advise.

Any suggestions on alternative tires for my 07 CRV. These Oe tires seem to have p[plenty of road noise..
