Honestly you should buy a prelude from 1997-2001, One because they look way nicer, I'de say sexy, and you can actualy buy them at the same price maybe one or two grand more depending on the millage. Just make sure you take your time to find the best prices & deals. If you live in the U.S.A you'll get a way better deal than me, canada always knocks up the price. Good luck! PS 148,000 miles is a quite bit, keep on looking and check the car history report online.
