I've tried the search function, but I can't seem to find any non-2005-2006 posts on this subject. Does anyone have any information on if/when the IS coupe is coming out? Edmunds' Inside Line Future Vehicle List states that an IS 350 Coupe is slated for release in the summer of 2008. Here is what they said:   What Edmunds.com Says:With a coupe and convertible in the IS lineup, Lexus will finally have some leverage against the almighty BMW 3 Series.   What We Know: The 2009 Lexus IS 350 coupe is one of those cars that we expected to show up years ago. It's no secret that Lexus was targeting the BMW 3 Series with the IS lineup, so the lack of a coupe variant has been a little surprising. Although no prototypes have been spotted yet, a report in the trade publication Automotive News says to expect to see the IS 350 coupe by mid-2008. A hardtop convertible is expected to follow a year later.

Replying to: sae1856 (May 06, 2008 6:33 pm) I am 6'1 with super long thighs and I can find a comfortable driving position in my IS350. However, if you are planning on putting people behind the driver seat in a regular basis then my suggestion is to look else where.

I love manuals and I saw that Lexus offers one in the base. I haven't started cruising dealer lots yet but was wondering people encountered them on the lots and if anyone here has one. I can't seem to find any information about the release date and expected changes for the 2009 IS 250 / 350. I'm currently looking for a new 2008 but I was curious about the 2009 refresh.   Does anybody have any details to share? I'm surprised that this late there hasn't been any reviews or sneak pictures.   Thanks!

I live in New Jersey and find it impossible to get a IS250 RWD with a automatic in this state. How far do you have to go to get one? I even called Lexus of Silver Spring's in Maryland and cannot get one there. Have people in Virginia gotten one? North Carolina?

They have the ability to look at what is coming into port directly, and if not pre-sold, get a particular car diverted for you. You may be limited with some options, but this is one way to get a car close to what you may want.
