COLOR VARIANCE ON FRONT NOSE? by rayban

I have a Brilliant Black Charger and do notice a color variance between the color of plastic nose and the metal..only noticeable in direct bright sunlight.. Has anyone with a black color noticed this as well? Perhaps it is due to the different types of materials?

Except for the Super Bee, I heard the changes will be limited. Unless, you want the Super Bee, I suggest getting a 2006 in August or September and save a bundle..use the savings to buy some accesories ect. Just my .02

Hi Everyone -

I just bought a Charger06 R/T. I love it so far. The best car I have ever bought! anyway, I wanted to do just a few small tweaks to it to boost the performance a little without impacting my gas millage or my warrenty. Anyone have any thoughts?

Help a prospective buyer.... by steir

Hi, everyone. I'm new and don't know nearly as much about car mechanics as you folks all seem to (but I sure love to drive). 2 questions: (1) Real world mpg in city and hwy is what (for RT w/ road and track option); and (2) I've heard that Dodge historically amkes among least reliable and worst quality cars -- how do the Chargers and Magnums fare on quality and reliability? Am particularly interested in hearing from owners who bought early and have decent miles on car.

Thanks!

I installed a K+N cold air intake on my 06 Charger RT-it cost me about $275.00. Check out ebay! that's where I puchased mine. You will not only gain atleast 15 Horsepower-the sound that comes from the motor will blow you away. It gives it a more muscular growl. I highly recommend it. It could also raise your MPG-but I haven't checked. I've had mine 1 year this week and only put 2000 miles on it. I drive a Ram for work and cover her up during the day. She's my baby.

I have an SXT (not RT) for almost a year now, 12,200 miles, but no one else replied, so....

I get 19 MPG with "combo-driving" (mostly city, with a bit of Hwy mixed in). I still have not had a chance to do a tank on the hwy for true hwy mpg.

I have only had one issue with the car. When driving with the windows down at higher speeds (above 40), the headliner in the back would flap in the wind. Dealer fixed it, and no other issues...

FWIW...

I have A SXT and my last tank I got 20mpg with all city driving and no a/c.I would think with some highway miles you would be better then me.I use mid-grade gas which it calls for, what are you using?I have only 2k on my car.
