Good morning car_man! Do you have the current residual and money factors for the 2010 CTS wagon? I'm looking at the 3.6L Performance AWD style.

Replying to: rflor (Nov 24, 2009 6:23 am) As you can see, GMAC publishes lease rates instead of money factors for vehicles. One can convert lease rates into approximate money factor equivalents by dividing them by 2400. So a lease rate of 0.80% is equivalent to a money factor of around .00033. You never mentioned how long you want to lease for or what mileage allowance you need, so I had to make some assumptions. Let me know if you want something different. When negotiating your lease on this wagon, make sure to take advantage of the $2,750 cash incentive that General Motors is currently providing on leases of it through GMAC.
