Replying to: plumism (Jul 29, 2007 7:36 pm) Does anyone know if there is an incentive or rebate from the Lexus for this vehicle. I am a four time buyer of Lexus, and would love to go back to the dealership with a certificate to reduce the final price on delivery. Lexus had one three years ago if you went to the Auto Show in Chicago, you got a certificate for $500 off the bottom line at the dealer that Lexus paid for. It is a wonderful car and the second RX in 3 years for us. Would enjoy your comments. Have a pleasant weekend. |

Replying to: wrawitz (Aug 04, 2007 3:34 pm) I'm also looking for an '08 RX350 with prem plus package and navigation, that i got quoted 41269 as well. that doesn't include 199 doc fee, 86 registration and 5% MA sales tax. any better offers elsewhere? is this a good price?

Has anyone purchased or leased a 2008 RX350 with premium plus package, nav/bluetooth/back-up camera, heated seats/rain sense, towing prep, cargo mat, wheel locks, 18" 7 spoke wheels, or one without the Nav system, from Smithtown NY Lexus or perhaps Rallye Lexus in Glen Cove NY? If so, What was the final Price? I'm considering a buy or lease, and these are the 2 closest dealers to me. Thanks!! |

Replying to: djal (Aug 05, 2007 11:46 am) I ended up purchasing from Lexus of Bridgewater. I called to see if they would sell it to me for $38k before I even set foot in the showroom. If you aren't successful there then Ray Catena of Freehold was also willing to match the price but they didn't have the color I wanted. Stay away from Lexus of Edison and Lawrence Lexus in Lawrenceville. Lexus of Edison said "We don't sell at invoice" so I told them to keep the car. Lawrence Lexus was even unwilling to deal much also. Good luck!

I haven't gotten the car yet but I'm hopeful it's as smooth as the purchase was. You can also try Ray Catena of Freehold. They would sell for the same price but they didn't have the color I wanted and were not scheduled to get it in anytime soon. I would stay away from Lexus of Edison and Lawrence Lexus in Lawrenceville. Lexus of Edison said "We don't sell at invoice" and Lawrence Lexus was not much better. Good luck! |

Replying to: eastwing (Aug 01, 2007 9:19 pm) Our RX350 was FWD, and the MSRP was $44,466, I think including the destination. That didn't include the doc fee of $399, so with that their starting price was $44,865. Our "price" before tax / tag / title was $39,899, or right at $5000 off of MSRP. Not sure how that compares with others in the SE, but I could tell that I had gotten as much as they were willing to give. I invested a day or so in the whole thing from the test drive to negotiation and close, so I was pretty happy. best, jeff |
