Leased at the end of September
2010 RX350 with Nav+Prem+Comf
MSRP: 47,404 (they adding some crap here such as all-weather mats, so slightly different from Edmunds or KBB)
Agreed price: 42,370

Most other dealerships would not nudge below 43K.
Anyone had similar buying/leasing experience in this region?

I am helping my friend lease a new 2010 RX350. I have never leased a vehicle, so I a novice. She wants to lease for 3 years and ideally needs her payments to come as close to $500/month as possible. She would like Nav, but I guess it is not feasible given her budget. We are in Pensacola, FL. We visited the closest dealer in Mobile, AL. I asked what the invoice cost of the vehicle was and he wouldn't tell me. He told me it doesn't matter. The Nav version MSRP is $47,030 and they priced it at $45,500. They told me the version without Nav lists for $43,495 and they would price it for lease at $41,495. Should we look for dealers in Atlanta or South Florida? How much below MSRP or above invoice should we expect? Is the residual and money factor the same at every dealer, that is, only the purchase price should be different. Any tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks all.

I'd suggest that you carefully read the last few pages of this forum for a better idea of what people are paying. You can look up the invoice right here on Edmunds. I would definitely talk to dealers in Atlanta and have a price set before I walked in the door. If you have no trade, you can complete the deal before you even hit the road to pick it up.

msyman, you can read my post just before yours.
You should be able to pay 4-5K below MSRP which should get you close to the invoice. So in your case, I would target 42K - for that price it would be a great deal.
45,500 - no way.

Is it safe to buy lexus from a remote dealership? by truecar

Hi, I am thinking about buying an RX350 from a remote dealership. But not sure is it safe since the car has to be shipped from one state to another. In craiglist, it is advised not to buy a car that involves shipping as it is 100% fraudulent.

I'm in Toronto, Canada. Try to lease a new 2010 Lexus RX350 AWD Premier Package 2. It's MSRP + Freight etc is CAD$53,495-. Dealer only offer a discount of CAD$2,440- (4.6%). For 48 months, rate of 2.1%, my monthly payment will be CAD$753- (all taxes included). From this forum, everyone talking about discount on this vehicle is up to $4000- (though it's in USA).

Any one in Toronto, ON Canada has recently leased or purchased a new 2010 Lexus RX350, I am very eager to hear from you to see how much discount we can get.

Thank you.

Tell you, Base model price is only a bait. Options are the most most profitable add-on. Thought they claimed 2010 model is cheaper than 2008, in fact after adding one option package it become more expensive than 2008. This is the way Lexus cheats on consumers.
