Eastern US is supplied by those RX made in Canada since 2004. A salesman told me they have lower number of defects than those made in Japan. Can someone confirm that?

I purchased my 2007 RX with Mark Levinson and DVD because I knew that those only came from Japan (VIN starts with J). Last month, my oil line blew up due to a defect that others are experiencing as well. I'm not sure that the part was supplied to all of the builds (Canada as well as Japan), but it happened to mine.

Dealer sales wont tell the truth but just tell you the car they have are the best. I saw some others discuss this topic on other website. Japan made definitely has better quality & relability, not just Lexus, not just car, all products overall. When people sell their car, they like to say their car was made in Japan. Do you see anyone want to mention their car was made in Canada ?
Quality and Relability came from three major facts. 1 design, 2 parts, 3 labor+manufacture control.
Design are all the same. Parts are different ( I believe 30% parts are different ). labor is different. You make your judgement.

at JM Lexus. Black on beige. Beige is nice but get ridiculously dirty, take black inside
