According to the latest information that I have seen, Lexus Financial Services' current buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36-month lease of a 2012 ES 350 with 12,000 miles per year are .00060 and 56%, respectively for consumers who qualify for its top aka Tier 1+ credit tier. I don't believe that this model's program currently varies by region.

Car_Man: Can you please post the current Lease numbers for the 2013 ES300H & ES350 (money factor, residuals for 10K, 12K & 15K, and Acquisition Fee). Thank you!

I haven't seen any advertised lease payments on the '13 model yet, but I can tell you that its buy rate lease money factor is currently .00180 for Tier 1+ customers.
