Hi msbev. I can work up a sample payment for you, but the exact payment for the car that you want will vary depending upon how it is equipped.
According to my calculations, if you were to lease a 2012 ES 350 with only Navigation that has an MSRP of $40,065 and a selling price of 38,052 ($500 over invoice) through Lexus Financial Services right now for 36-months with 15,000 miles per year, your zero down, pre-tax monthly payment would be around $511.

Hey guys,
Just wanted to get your opinion of this deal:
Leasing a 2012 Lexus ES 350, with Nav and a spoiler, 12k miles a year, FICO score in the 650s. $6,000 down (including drive-off), $360 a month (including tax) for 36 months.
Good deal?

one week ago i turned in my es350 2011 with nav only about half way through my lease. 17 months, but only 7800 miles on it. they were happy to get mine for their used car lot. i worked them on a 2012 es350 with nav until i ended up only giving them $600 and a leave payment of $501 a month. this was at keyes lexus in van nuys, calif. i dont think i could have done much better.

OK, I read these columns every car purchase and I got a deal that seems good but I don't have all the details ( money factor, etc... to post)
2012 ES 350 with navigation
list: 42,202
$2295 down
15k, 36 months
$450 per month
Trading in 2009 Nissan Maxima (1 payment remaining at $491, buyout 21,783) Dealer in trading in my Maxima so I don't have to turn in & pay disposition fee to Nissan. $2291 includes, 1st payment of $450, fees, DMV's plus some cash to cover the negative equity of about $700).
Thoughts?

That is one heck of a large discount you negotiated, manu99. so the selling price aspect of this deal certainly looks good. Just make sure that the dealer uses Lexus Financial Services' current buy rate lease money factor of .00060 (for Tier 1+ customers) to calculate your payment and you're in business.
