Hi, I got a lot info here so want share my buying experience. I live in NYC area, I bought ES 350 just one week ago, after hard barging and several dealers visiting, finally cut price to $37,125 with following option (before tax dmv lic. and processing fee):    NV : Lexus Premium Audio w/Navigation  PT : Premium Plus Package  HL : HID Headlamps w/Adaptive FrontLighting  PA : Intuitive Parking Assist  WU : Wood and Leather Steering Wheel  FS : Full-Size Spare Tire  BE : Rear seat side airbags     WF : All WTHR MATS  Z1 : Wheel Locks, CargoNet and trunk mat Dealer told me, this price only $600 over invoice, so they didn't make much money. I'm not sure if this is true on not. any comment Also I purchased 7 year/100k mile bumper to bumper warranty, paid about $3000, the original warranty only cover 4 years ( bumper to bumper). I bought it on 11/30 and picked it up 2 days later (Saturday). The invoice price (from Edmunds) shows $36,093 (without the Pref. Acc. Pkg (Trunk mat, Cargo Net, Wheel locks) and All Weather Mats - because Edmunds doesn't have that info).   If you add in the All weather mats ($99) and the Pref. Accessory pkg ($197) at retail price, the "invoice price" would be $36,389.

Recently talked to a dealer who is selling a 07 ES350 where Lexus bought it back as part of a voluntary recall. The transmission has been fixed or rebuilt and the car only has 3k miles on it. 1. Was this an actual recall/buyback offer when the cars were first being sold? 2. Would this be a good car to purchase since it's still under warranty? 3.
