Thanks to everyone here! I wanted to help the next person get a good price too. I live in Jacksonville, FL and today I drove off in my 2007 ES350 from the Sarasota Lexus dealer. I got the premium plus with navigation in a starfire color. The MSRP was 41002. I set out with the goal of getting $3k off of MSRP. From this forum, it seemed this would be difficult on the east coast. I visited the dealer in Jacksonville and was told this was crazy. They were able to sell all of their ES350 for about $500 off of MSRP. It seems most dealers in the FL-GA area don’t even have ES350’s on the lot. So they get whatever they want! I then emailed every dealer in Florida and select GA dealers with my offer to purchase at $3k off of MSRP. This was probably about 15 dealers. Most (about 10 dealers) said I was crazy. About 5 dealers opened a dialogue with me, the one dealer that stood out was Wilde Lexus of Sarasota. They really gave me the prices and direct answers I was seeking. We drove down to Sarasota today and completed the sale. I had no trade. The price was $3K off of MSRP. For anyone shopping in Florida, I would definitely check with the Sarasota dealership (first class) but also with dealers in Miami. You could probably even do a little better then $3k of MSRP right now with the end of the month and quarter coming up. I had one Miami dealer email me a “ to bad, so sad” email that they have done $3800 off of MSRP deals after I told them I reached a deal with another dealer. |

Replying to: willcollins (Sep 15, 2006 12:10 pm) I asked Hennessey Lexus in Atlanta to match price because they were the closest dealer to us (we're in IL) with the configuration we wanted. We would have to fly down to close deal & drive home. We were within a hair of buying from them and then asked if other costs & there was a $400 documentation fee they couldn't waive or adjust. We ended up going with FLEETRATES, who sourced car from JR Lexus near Miami FL. We then paid to have car shipped to us, but they didn't charge a doc fee, so we probably broke about even but didn't have to go down and drive back. I'd try them. Just take any information you have from research with you.

Have a good one." But we had already reached an agreement with Sarasota and couldn't be happier with the transaction! |

| Received a few preliminary internet quotes here in New Jersey. $1500 - $1700 off MSRP (PP w/nav, M/L audio) on ordered cars. Further discounts if in stock. Is this good? | |

Has anyone seen or purchased an ES350 that had the Mark Levinson package but not the Ultra Luxury Package? I am not too fond of the panorama roof and have been told that supposedly only the ULs have the Mark Levinson system. True or False?
