CONGRATULATIONS though on getting a number you're happy with, and thank you so much for sharing the numbers (it really helps). I'll remember to try Park Place next month.   TuckTurn - That's a great deal in my opinion! If only we lived in cali too... you guys just seem to get the best prices by far. Did you get a chance to check out the 09's? I haven't got on this forum lately...just wondering how much the 09's are selling for in the Bay Area.   Its been a couple of months since I bought the ES 08 and I love my car .   Happy driving! Replying to: weniki (Nov 01, 2008 9:10 am) Thanks Weniki - now I can concentrate on fighting my morning sickness and sit back + relax in between throw ups and wait for my new car to arrive...   Meanwhile I got another call from Sewell Dallas this morning after agreeing on the deal with Park Place. The sales said he doesn't undserstand how Park Place can be selling me the car at that price because they will be losing money, and he reasure that there is no way the dealer is paying below invoice. There was another dealer who called to offer $300 less than this, but by that time I paid an advance and also this dealer is very close to my house. So if you are around Boston you can get 09 ES350 for close to Invoice and in some cases couple of hundreds below invoice. I live in south east part of the US and am looking for a 2009 ES350.   I am negotiating one with $39,070 offer for a car with $41,600 list price (includes $6450 of options.)   The price does not include a doc fee of $326 or state taxes, or Tag transfer fee.   Is this a good deal? If not how much should I offer?   Thanks for your help in advance.

Our deal was a pretty straight forward one.   They do have a lot of 2009 ES's in stock now, but they don't offer such a deep price cut like the 2008's. For instance, a simularly equiptted 09 asked $2,000+ over the price we paid for our 08. They want to sell all 08s soon - in fact they don't have many left. Choices are limited. We are very happy of our car. I hope you enjoy your car, too!

FYI, my last lexus (which was totalled two weeks ago in a wreck)was from Park Place - as i remember it was only one free oil change so don't beat yourself up over missing out on that.
