My Dealer is plugging my Trade In Value as part of the Down Payment for the Lease which amounts to $5500 + $3300 Cash on a Lease. That is not happening.
 
Isn't the most appropriate location for the Trade In Value to be assigned is as part of the Capital Cost Reduction? Or is it even appropriate to Trade in my vehicle on a Lease?

The numbers for an otherwise identical 36 month lease would be .00172 and 55%.

Hi stodgeco. There's nothing wrong with trading in your current vehicle when leasing a new one. In fact, doing so actually cuts your tax bill in some states. Having said this, you would be better off having the dealer cut you a check for any equity that you have in your trade rather than using the proceeds from it as a capitalized cost reduction.
 
I always advise consumers to put as little money down as possible when leasing. I do so because consumers who make large down payments on leased vehicles risk losing part or all of the money that they put down if their vehicle is totaled in an accident or stolen and never recovered.

What is the current (December) Audi Financial Services' lease money factor and residual value for a 39-month lease for a 2012 Q7 Premium Plus with 12,000 miles per year? Also for 36-month lease/ 12,000 miles?

Related to my post about the A4, can you please provide the money factor and residual for a 2012 Q7 Premium Plus, 15K, 36 months?
 
And may I ask about the S-line Prestige for the same mileage and time frame?
 
I see that you did posted it last in December, but was curious on the most recent numbers.

Hi Car Man,
 
I ordered a 2012 Audi Q7 TDI in Prestige PKG in So. Ca. It will arrive in about two weeks.
 
Looking to do a 3 year - 36K lease. MSRP is $67,855.
 
What is current money factory with Audi in So. California?
 
What percentage should I try to get off MSRP?
 
It seems the TDI is still in hot demand and not a lot of stock on lots.
