Also, credit card companies will balk at charging large dollar amounts to the card if it deviates significantly from your "normal" spending patterns - even if you are within your credit limits. I think you need a Plan B. tidester, host SUVs and Smart Shopper

I go to local dealers and my vehicle shows up in their system that it has Honda Care, they do the work and Honda Care pays them the same. I don't even have to bring my service agreement into the dealership. If you want to contribute extra profit to your local dealer than you're certainly within your right to do so. |

| I purchased a 2010 Accord LX-P over the weekend with 15k per year. The F&I guy offered me the Sentinel extended warranty plan that would extend me from 36k to 45k to cover the entire lease. It shows up as $430 on my paperwork, but only $8 per month more (8 x 36 = $288). It covers oil changes, so this is how I justified my purchase with $30 oil changes every few months. The plan also covers tire & wheel damage along with tire repair (nails), and now that these are $25 each time, this also swayed my opinion. | |

However there is a lawsuit between Saccucci Honda and American Honda and their website indicates their - " Online sales of Honda Care will cease November 1st, 2009" I have inquired easycare warranty they are quoting way to high $2600 for 84 months /100k miles where as Saccucci quote is $1,055 Can someone suggest a reliable one. Thanks in advance

Replying to: vma (Oct 19, 2009 7:34 pm) Can someone suggest a reliable one. Thanks in advance Saccucci will sell you the same Honda Care service agreement as your local dealer, but you will pay a lot less. The Honda Care paperwork will be mailed out to you from the same corporate office and you can get service at any Honda dealership in the country. Yes, they have to stop selling Honda Care online at the end of the month. However, they can still sell during October, so you should take advantage. Once you purchase, your service agreement will be valid for the full term. The court case is not finalized yet. Saccucci Honda believes in American's rights to buy Honda Care contracts at low prices and they are the only Honda dealer in America who has challenged Honda in court to be allowed to continue to sell Honda Care over the internet. . Please support them by buying your Honda Care from myhondawarranty.com. Thanks! |
