which lexus dealer did you get that
was that a 24 month lease

For those of you in the NY Metro Area, this is the deal i was able to negotiate:
MSRP - $49,474
$2,000.00 drive-off
$495.00/mo
36 months/10,000 miles
Dec 08, 2012 (8:23 pm)
Just leased my fourth RX here in Northern California...
MSRP: $50139
Negotiated: $45139
Residual: 58% (36 months, 15k)
MF: 0.0010
$1000 loyalty incentive
$1000 holiday certificates (wasn't expecting these)
1st payment covered
$0 drive-off, sign and drive
$543.23 a month (w/tax) (35 payments remaining)
I have seen lower negotiated prices, but I am pretty satisfied with the deal. It is $34 less a month than my previous 2010 RX350 (36 months, 12k miles), with nothing out of pocket and first month covered. They bought the 2010 RX350, for its payoff, which avoided any lease turn-in hassles.
Only thing that I was not happy about, was that a disposition fee of $350 was added, which I couldn't get them to remove. Apparently this is something new being required by LFS, started in January 2011 (first I am hearing of it). They did confirm through LFS that the fee is waived if you buy or lease another Lexus, or if the vehicle is purchased.
Thanks to Car_Man and those who have posted there deals, it helped me immensely.

Curious about your negotiated price, because it appears to be below invoice. This was before incentives were added? If so, what justification did you (and others who have also been negotiating) have for offering below invoice? Are there manufacturer to dealer incentives out there? How far below invoice do you suggest going? Thanks to anyone who has info.

If you look through the history in this thread, most people are getting around $5k off MSRP, in retrospect, perhaps it was the best deal I was gonna do. This was before incentives. As to how I did it, no clue, guess I got the right motivated non-stereotypical salesman. Plus I made it clear up front that I knew exactly what went into determining a lease price and that I had a good idea about what I expected to pay, based on info found on the internet.

MF and residual on 2013 RX350 are dead on! .00100 and 61% for 10k m/y With all incentives and rebate and all that, I was offered $580 with 0 down 1st month waived, tax included on MSRP 49750 Nav and HID, Is this a good deal? or I should haggle more?

Car Man, I've read through all your prior posts, but didn't see the current December residual value for a 15k lease on a 2013 RX350 FWD. I see Highfidelity had a 58% rv, but am not clear if his vehicle is FWD or AWD. Can you post the current lease residual and money factor for a 15k lease on a standard FWD RX350? Thanks.
