You never mentioned what either of these variables are, so for now I will assume that you are interested in a 36 month lease with 15,000 miles per year. Let me know if you want something different. According to the latest information that I have seen, Toyota Financial Services' current buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36 month lease of a 2008 Sequoia Limited 4WD with 15,000 miles per year are .00016 and 52%, respectively for consumers who qualify for its "Tier 1+" credit tier. Keep in mind though that TFS calculates vehicles' residual values differently than most other banks do. Hello all, Can you please tell me the recent MF and residual rates for the Sequioa. I am looking at a 3 yr 12k miles per year. Not sure of the selling price of the car yet, but I want to know what I should be expecting for a fair montly lease. Looking for a sequoia over the next day and the salesman told me that you could not use the 2k cash incentive in addition to the low lease rates that Toyota is offering. Well Guys, I pulled the trigger on a Platnium Sequoia. I was going to get a new sequoia sr5 to replace my 4 runner, and was told by the local dealer in MA that all in stock are available at cost.   Lease customers, act soon, though as you may see the residual values being knocked down. Used large SUV's coming off leases are not selling at anything close to residuals
