Just leased my 2008 CX-7 FWD Touring, Black with Homelink/Compass rearview mirror, bumper guard and wheel locks MSRP of $26545 from Gunther Mazda in Fort Lauderdale, FL with the following terms.   MSRP $26,545 Cap Cost $24,300 Res. Value 57% Money Factor .00114 For 36 months 15,000mi/yr For $318.92/months tax in (sales tax is 6% in my county) I also bought the extra 9,000 miles to extend my 36mo/36,000mi manuf. warranty to 36mo/45,000mi warranty for an extra $490 total raising my monthly payments to $334/month.   $1,000 out of pocket covering 1st Mo., TTL & Dealer fee only.   I think I did pretty well. Any comments?

I just went to test drive the CX7 this weekend and am just starting to get prices. They gave me a starting price of $27,430 to buy an '08 CX7 Touring with Sunroof. Base price is good but you also have to consider interest rate and how much down they want. I have been reading the posts here and was looking to get a Mitisbushi Outlander but the discounts available for his model makes it hard to pass up. I own a 05 6 sedan now . Value 56% Money Factor .00158 Upfront charges $1000.00 (reg.dealer fee, finance fee etc) For 36 months 15,000mi/yr Monthly payment $396.75/months Excise tax $53.65/ mo. Final monthy payment $450.40   Can I do better?
