The reading came back. P0344 Camshaft position Sensor A, Bank 1. Anybody have any experience with this one??
It's the intake camshaft position sensor-
$80 depending on the shop and your CCA discount. The replacement procedure is not really that difficult, as can be seen here.

HI ! Is anyone there who can help me??I have a BMW 318i /2001 and the engine light come on a while ago and I have been to the garage (BMW Specialist) and they replaced the both lambda sensors (original from BMW) after they reading the code, but now the light is still come on after every reset of the light after a few miles with code P0171 and I cannot get rid of it after I have spent £ 650 for service ! Why is still come on every time?
