Guys, I'm trying for a good deal on a 07 Azera Limited w/ Option 25. The offers I have been getting from the local dealers is in the range of 28-29k OTD after $2000 rebates. However, Hyundai has a 0% APR in lieu of the rebates for 72 months, If I take the 0% APR, then the offers range from $30500 to $31500. Do you guys think these may be good deals? Since this is almost the end of the year & I was thinking the deals could have been a little sweeter. I was thinking of offering 28k OTD w/ 0%APR. What do you guys think? Also, a dealer in Houston is offering a 07 with Option 04 instead of Option 25. My understanding was that the difference between Option 25 Ultimate & Option 04 Ultimate was the absence of XM radio in the latter (which I don't care for). So, what is the price range do you guys think I can shoot for? Thx fellas!

Replying to: wobbly_ears (Nov 26, 2007 9:55 pm) the '07 ltd with option 25 should be available for $25,500 plus TTL after rebates. Add back the rebates and its 27,500 plus TTL. 0% apr for 72 months is fantastic. it beats a $2000 rebate. THE '07 ltd with option 4 should be available for $24,750 plus TTL after rebates. Add back $2000 and its $26,750 plus TTL. Once again the 0% apr is the way to go if you are planning on keeping the car for 6 years. TTL in texas should be about 8.5 % plus $500

Replying to: jack_sprat (Nov 27, 2007 3:17 am) Well, I have been a long-time lurker of these forums ever since I became intersted in the Azera. I think I may have read through every page of the 'Prices Paid Section' of Azera! This is going to be my first New car. And I have always had Koreans, first it was a used Kia Sephia, and my current ride-Accent. Both have given me no cause to complain & so I'm no badge-snob; I see a good value when I see one. And going from Accent to Azera is a big big upgrade! So, after reading how all forum members went about their purchase, I asked for prices from dealers here in Houston for a Limited w/ Option 25. I asked them to give me an OTD price as well as a breakout. But almost all the dealers gave me only OTD price & some want me to be at the dealership before hard numbers. I know it may be against forums rules to post identifiable data, so, here's a rundown (all OTD prices with the 0% APR instead of the 2000 rebates) Dealer 1: 31000 Dealer 2: 30400 Dealer 3: 29000 (with Option 4 instead of Option 25. What's the difference other than no XM for Option 4?) Dealer 4: Get inside the tet first to get a quote Dealer 5: Get inside the tet first to get a quote I do plan on keeping this car for 5-6 years, so 0% APR is something that I really like (I save about 4000 in finance costs at 6% by foregoing the 2000 rebate) What do you guys think? I know I should hammer the dealers, but what should be my magical number?

Replying to: wobbly_ears (Nov 27, 2007 6:34 am) $30,000 OTD for the option 25 is a good starting pt for a further reduction of $500 - $1000. When you go in , check the actual date of manufacture on the door panel. If its more than 9 months, you should aim for the $1000 off the prices quoted. |

Replying to: wobbly_ears (Nov 26, 2007 9:55 pm) I negotiated and could have bought the Limited w/XM for $26,500 OTD in NC. My wife found some issues with the car so we did not get it but your numbers are way too high I think. Chew them down some more if you can...
