Can the memory seat be activated without the key in ignition? Are the power pedals part of the memory settings. Does the car have "tilt in reverse" side view mirrors? Anything else, other than the lighted side view mirrors?

Big instruments are amazingly clear, it is the little computer stuff in the middle of the new display that was hard to see regardless of headlights on or off. I am going to check out whether it is me or the car. (Any experience out there from other Denver folks or whoever else has any snowy overcast day experience would be appreciated). Went up into the mountains today and so far, driving on serious ice and snow, still amazingly good road holding. Another "new" thing is the contrasting light colored grey stitching on the black seats. I like it very much. Also, I was told, but WOULD NOT rely on this, that the XM radio capability would start coming after the first of the year, AND that there may be an available refit to current 07's to add satellite radio (info from service department not sales). In making a deal on a new one, I might suggest putting this in as a condition, that you can refit for either free or dealer cost -- whatever you can negotiate. On a big positive note, the new enhanced audio controls on the steering wheel REALLY are nice to have.

Try turning up the brightness on the dash display; it's a wheel (same as for heated seats), on the far left of the dash. My wipers (set to auto for rain-sensing) make one sweep of the windshield when I first start the car ... though the windshield's dry. Has anyone else experienced that? Yes, the steering wheel controls are wonderful!! Cheers, Susan (Arvada)

FYI, some of the dealers are starting to get used Azeras. Carmax, which is pretty good at getting a midrange price as Azera Limited with 4k miles for $22,900.

| I went to the dealer as soon as I noticed the "dry sweep" when starting the car. My dealer said thats the way it works. I really don't like that. As I don't always keep my windshield spotless, it seems that it's needless wear on my wipers. I have since left the wipers in the off position. | |
