Here you go, Slate. According to my calculations, if you were to lease a 2006 Pontiac Grand Prix GXP with an MSRP of $32,500 and a selling price of $31,000 through GMAC right now for 36 months with 12,000 miles per year, your zero down, pre-tax monthly payment should be around $445.

Could you give me an idea of what a monthly lease rate would be for a new 2005 Pontiac Vibe with a MSRP of $17,130 and a selling price of $16,600? Thank you!

Hi aclark4871. Unfortunately, General Motors is no longer providing lease support on 2005 models. As a result, you probably cannot lease one through GMAC. You might be able to lease one through an independent bank, but its residual values are so low at this point and its lease rates will be pretty high without lease support. This will make it fairly expensive to lease, probably more expensive than a similar 2006 model. I can give you an idea of what GMAC's current lease program for the '06 Vibe is like if you want.

Does anyone know the current money factor for a lease on an 06 Grand Prix? Looking to price it out for research. I'm in the Wisconsin area.
Thanks

Hi dman090. Unfortunately General Motors is no longer providing lease support on 2006 Pontiac models. As a result, if you want to lease one you will have to do so through an independent bank.

Hello -
Can you provide the 36 month money factor, 12k miles/yr residual, and lease $ incentives for the 2008 GXP?
Also, what is the current GMAC acquisition fee?
This is for Florida.
Thanks - Damon

Hello Damon. GMAC's current base lease rate and residual value for a 36 month lease of any 2008 Pontiac Grand Prix with 12,000 miles per year are 3.0% and 55%, respectively. As you can see, GMAC uses lease rates instead of money factors to calculate vehicles' monthly payments. You can convert its published lease rates into approximate money factor equivalents by dividing them by 2400. I believe that GMAC charges a $595 acquisition fee on every vehicle that it leases. GM is not currently providing any cash incentives on leases of this model in your area.
