#513 of 538 Not sure about leasing by cliffpoz

If the list on the outback limited 3.6 is roughly $35k and I can negotiate down to $32k. With a residual of .57 and money factor of .00115 for 10k miles and 36 months, the monthly lease is calculating out to be $415 including ny tax of 8.875%. I did not include the bank fee. If my numbers are correct, what would be my initial payment if there is $0 down. I assume bank fee, docs, first month, and switching plates? If so what would that amount be roughly?

Dealer just quoted me $575 including ny taxes. MSRP - $35.5k, Selling price of $34.8k. MF = .00145 and residual of 56% for 36 month lease. Seems way out of line? Help please. $0 down and $820 due at signing (doc fees, 1st payment).

Hi docdave3. Manufacturers' interest rates on conventional loans are different than they are on leases. Subaru is not currently offering 0% financing on leased vehicles.

Chase's December buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 2013 Outback 2.5i Limited with AWP / Moon and 15,000 miles per year are .00090 and 55% for consumers who qualify for its top credit tier.

3 year, 36,000 mile lease quote. zero down except ttl doc fees-35 months $340 per month. seemed high to me or are subarus high to lease? drove the car and i liked it but it seemed out of line with the price i was quoted. can't remember the exact figures but the msrp was just under $28,000 and they came down about $3300. then i asked for the lease price-didn't give me detailed breakdown of figures. since it was more than i wanted to spend i just left.
