Thanks for your hard work. What is July money factor and residual value for 2012 Outback 2.5i automatic with alloy wheel package, 42 mos., 12K miles/ year? I dont mean to rush you, but I need to get this deal done ASAP and would be forever indebted if you could provide a quick answer. Thanks in advance.

Hi lefty26. Chase's August buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36-month lease of a 2012 Impreza 4-Dr base with an automatic transmission and 15,000 miles per year are .00035 and 58%, respectively for consumers who qualify for its top credit tier.
 
The numbers for an otherwise identical lease of a 2013 Outback base auto are .00130 and 63%.

The 42-month numbers are .00175 and 58%.

I would appreciate sept. money factors & residual % for 2013 3.6R outback limited with appearance pak#23 tot msrp $37363. 10K miles. Would residual be better for identically equipped 2.5 limited pzev ? Sincere thanks. one dealer says .00165 & .57
