39 and 42 months
residuals and money factors. Very good credit.
local dealer said for 39
54% and .009
don't think that's very good but wanted to check.

Hi hpz. Through January 7th, Chase's buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 39-month lease of a 2013 Forester 2.5X with 12,000 miles per year are .00075 and 55% for consumers who qualify for its top credit tier.
The numbers for an otherwise identical 42-month lease are .00085 and 52%.

Got a quote tonight from dealer for a 2013 Forest 2.5x Premium Plus with All weather plus and popular package 3:
MSRP 27,395
Negotiate to 24,000
Money factor .00175
Residual 54%
Zero down including fees, first month, etc $345 for 42mo with 12k/year miles.
Good deal or walk? They are also doing 0% financing for 63mo.
